Cancelation Policy:
Cancellation 2 months or more prior to arrival date - 90% Refund of deposit.
Cancellation between 1 and 2 months prior to arrival date - 80% Refund of deposit.
Cancellation between 2 weeks and 1 month prior to arrival date - 50% Refund of deposit.
Cancellation between 1 and 2 weeks prior to arrival date - 25% Refund of deposit.
Cancellation less than 1 week prior to arrival date - No Refund

Bookings made during the summer holidays (December - End January) are non refundable.
